Plant Attunement & Journeying + Doctrine of Signatures On-line Course
A 4 week course to connect & deepen in right relationship with 3 specific botanical ancestors and 1 of your own chosen individual wild green relatives.
The course will run on-line via zoom format in real time. The next course is in April bookings are up now!
An email will be sent out 1 week prior to commencement with all info + Zoom links will be emailed out the day prior to each class and recordings will be available for 1 week after each class, incase you cant make the live call.

A plant attunement creates a conscious agreement to enhance our relationship with a plant & their oversoul. It’s a mindful decision to dedicate time to connect, observe, listen, tend to and cultivate an intimate connection on all levels with our wild kindred, thus deepening the intimate lived experience of plant spirit communication.
This course is about creating a safe container to listen, learn, share and receive.
A space to weave the story medicine of the plants and share all together in this experience.
The format will allow space for you to discover your unique medicine messages form the plants we focus on, then time for us to share our messages to create an open collaborative free flowing interactive learning experience.
This course will allow you to delve into the wonderment of the plant realm.
Assist you to tend to a greater spiritual connection to our botanical ancestors.
Strengthen your intuition and greater trust in the messages you are receiving.
Increased confidence in your ability to listen and receive from the plant sprit realm.
Allows you to take time to feel into the synchronicities you might experience or remember, and the shared connection and story medicine in the group container.
We will also be weaving the principals of The Doctrine of Signatures into each weeks class. This method reveals a thread into what we call the “signature' of a plant, by observing the way the plant acts and looks in its environment, as well as what quantities they hold in relation to our human bodies, organs, emotions and even our experiences. Also how this translates to their medicinal, magical & energetic offerings.
This will allow you to deepen your connection to plants in a lived and learning experience.
How to use the language of intuition, metaphor and archetypes to access plant signatures.
This will tap into the pure potential of our curious self, to allow the medicine stories to be received and interacted with from the plant spirit.
This will give you a new way of viewing our botanical ancestors in deep reverence, love and appreciation.
Over the span of the 4 weeks, you will gain insight into some of the basic integral protocols in plant spirit communication which is a greater aspect of the Plant Pathway, Earth Doula-ship™ 12 month Mentor-ship
The space Renée holds in teaching is intuitive, often experimental & allows for the flow & ease of our lived experience together in the moment to unfurl.
The specific 3 botanical ancestors will be revealed on the night of class & not before, so as not to create any preconceived or planned ideas about the plant we will be in relationship with on the night.
We will be connecting with the plant via various images we will be sharing on the zoom screen for you all. The 4th week you will have an individual wild kindred to share with the group that you will be practising with in real time and lived experiences between week 3 and 4.
This course suits anyone who would like to learn how to connect more to the plant realm, our wild kindred & the otherworld where their spirits reside or deepen your understanding further in this space with reverence & reciprocity.

Wild Kin Seasonal Cyclic Yoga Workshops
A 4 hour workshop that includes a seasonal yoga practice, focusing on certain cyclic elements in TCM 5 element theory & the cardinal direction in the wheel of the year.
These yoga workshops are supported by my wild crafted bioregional plants medicines of tinctures, oils, mists & flower essences of our wild kin who meet us at the season, as well as a guided meditation & drum journey that will focus on the specific element in your body in relationship to the great mother, cultivating a deeper understanding of your embodied wisdom held in the particular season.
Renée has been a Yoga Teacher for almost 20 years. She is traditionally trained in the old ways in an invitation only 3 year apprenticeship that required a pre exquisite as a shiatsu therapist. Her training was in a holistic Japanese style called Oki-Do, her personal lineage is 3rd generation direct from Master Masahiro Oki himself.
Oki-Do means “total life yoga”
Over the years Renée developed her own style she called "Ki Flow Yoga" based in the foundations & principles of Oki-Do, meridians & the 5 element theory but weaved with her own unique voice & spirit, that also incorporates insight into plant consciousness and even seasonal foods to support the body.
Over the span of her 20 year yoga career, she has owned a yoga school, and also taught for many years for a chiropractic clinic in Elwood.
Her yoga was also a part of the overnight forest immersions she used to offer, and also as part of differnt retreats in Australia, New Zealand & Bali.
Yoga is a deep embodied wisdom for Renée although not something she offer's into the world much anymore, but it’s time to call this body of work back in right relationship to the work in the earth wisdom space, and though these workshops as they land cyclically during the wheel of the year.
This workshop works beautifully adjacent too the Seasonal Wild Kin Ceremonies, spaced between, if one is desiring to delve into seasonal cyclic embodiment.

Grandmother Mugwort Imrama Journey and Initiation
This offering is all about being immersed with me in person, whist deepening relationship with Grandmother Mugwort in initiation, attunement & rites of passage.
The Next Mugwort Imrama will be offered in 2024 along with other wild Kin Imrama's.
These will be offered as part of the prerequisite for mentor-ship as well as for those wanting to deepen their connection to specific plants.
There are so many thing I could write about Mugwort & the space she holds, but I feel if you are called
to this then you either already have some connection or you have a whole body activation just thinking
about the idea of this offering!
What does this Offering entail?
An intimate setting in my home, were you will be required to bring your own sleeping gear, everyone will be sleeping in the same shared space, which is part of the initiation with the mugwort, being in shared dreamtime space.
We will be doing a forest bath, land connection, meditation & offering.
I will be cooking you a welcome delicious meal which we will share on the Friday night as we weave the container together, get settled in & open the space gently with folk stories & the history of Mugwort from different traditions.
The Saturday, is a dieta, or diet day where you will be fasting & only partaking in & interacting with Mugwort in various forms, medicines, rituals, magical practices & attunements which will all be revealed once we are together, as its sacred work. The Saturday night will conclude around fire with some warming medicinal broth, sharing & story weaving of our experiences together as a group.
The Sunday morning after shared mugwort dreamtime we will partake in some gentle embodiment yoga, to ground in the activations & transmissions from the mother of herbs, before breakfast, & our last sharing circle before we farewell prior to lunch.
I will have Grandmother & Elder Mama T, helping hold space & assisting the group who is also deeply connected & initiated with Mugwort.
There will be aspects of the initiation that will be explorative and experimental also, as that is how I work best as a teacher and mentor.
You will receive a mugwort infused oil + tincture to take way as integration.
This offering is sacred work offered in the old ways & the Green Witch Lineage.

"Nestled deep in the Wombat forest sisters gathered - all parts fully present with threads in common and an openness to deepening their relationship with grandmother Mugwort.
The space was held so beautifully by their elder and teacher with the most nourishing meals, stories of their embodied experiences and words of wisdom. Three days and two nights were spent together in right relationship and deep reverence for the first of herbs. Guided by their intuition these women took their seats in the wilderness. Surrounded by the elements and each other they began their sacred practices and again opened themselves up to the great protector.
Taking in everything Mugwort wanted to share, the women talked about their experiences without judgement in a circle of deep understanding, for all of their journeys and lessons learnt were linked together.
I am full of gratitude for this plant and the women who shared this journey with me. I've walked away knowing there's parts of me
that can no longer be ignored and a deep remembering of those who came before me.
