The Future of Green Communication: 2024 Plant Kin Transmissions

These transmissions hold themes around this up and coming year from the botanical consciousness realm. 

A way to activate your curious self and ponder possibility.

 To re-imagine ways to move through this year with the support of our other then human kin and green ancestors. 

A way to find deeper intimacy with yourself through the lens of nature. 

Self Heal 

A being of self assurance, fortitude and self empowerment. 

Self Heal is inviting us to find deeper alignment with ourselves but in non-intrusive ways.

One of the ways we can invite this alignment in is through sharpening our powers of observation and being open to change.

Self Heal also invites us to find ways to dissolve resistance we might have to dropping into self care and self nourishment in 2024. 

Mullein 

A being of accurate structural alignment, integration, ancestral work and repair.

Mullein is inviting us to find slow and considered ways of bringing understanding to the multi faceted layers that exist within ourselves. 

Mullein is a plant of deep tapped resources and reminds us that there is equal value in moments of reflection and times of growth  

A catch phrase for mullein for me is the term "as within, so without, as above so below', that is a mantra in my own life and work. 

Comfrey

A being of strength, rootedness, structure and also flexibility plus right timing. A plant for those of us who are, or have been “bone tired”.

Another being of deep tapped resources but this time its more about instinct, growth and regeneration, theres an internally generated power in this plant spirit that reflects how that can also live inside of us. 

Comfrey invites us to inwardly create through manifestation but outwardly cultivate action, creating a union or fusion between your inner most desires and then the self responsibility that we need to make that happen. 

Pine 

I call Pine the “chi tree” a Grandfather Tree being of life force and safety. 

Pine is all about merging our spiritual and earthly life's, seeing then both as equal, pine shows us we can foster and midwife that balance by leading from our own unique sovereign creativity. 

Pine reminds us to breathe, to take in more breath to relax our tension, open up and engage the senses. To find the breath inside our selves of inspiration and awe. 

To me pine is a spirit deeply invested in our human survival, and I often see pine coming for my myself or clients when theres work to be done! 

Recognise the seed of your creative flow that is ripe and ready for intense growth! 

Ginseng 

A being of restoration and regeneration. A kin of self care who helps us create solid rooted boundaries. 

Ginseng’s message is all about how helping others is a noble cause but so is helping yourself! 

Ginseng teaches us how to conserve our resources and feel more vital and alive.  

Root medicine asks us to look deeper within ourselves to see whats operating below the surface. 

Chamomile 

Chamomile has such an important and simple message of remembering your playfulness, tenderness, childlike innocence, self expression, connecting back to the feeling of joy. 

These is a message from chamomile around helping others to thrive, whist still holding your own energy intact.

Also, watch as life transforms itself rather then working against it! 

She is THE plant reflection of our inner child.
