1:1 Plant Spirit +Shamanic Healing Sessions
The session begins at the mesa, creating right relationship between one another and the plant spirits stepping forward to co create and work with you. A small cup of Mugwort tea is served with specific plant tinctures or flower essences added to assist you, whist connecting in therapeutic conversation.
It's really like your own personal 1:1 ritual and ceremony.
Once time is taken to connect, you get to lye down on a luscious cosy bed on the floor with sheep’s skins and blankets, where Renée will speak a personal incantation and prayer into your body and mind to release, relax and create intent and purpose around your session and plant kin.

During the shamanic healing, Renée calls upon resins, plants, sound, chanting, incantation, singing, ancient earth language, medicine drumming and shamanic breath work to release, extract, clear, call back, recalibrate and integrate in relationship to the practice of soul retrieval.
A big part of the plants offerings for you are weaved in the liminal spaces prior to the session.
Renée works with plant divination, phytognomy, botanomancy, alchemy practices and some ceremonial work with the plants in the forest where she lives to gather wisdoms and insights, so in-fact the reconnection begins a few days before your personal session and your meeting together.
These 90 minute session includes a custom made plant essence that will be crafted for you during your session to take home to support your integration post healing.

Discovery work - Prior to the session Renée will allocate up to 1-2 hours on plant divination, phytognomy, botanomancy and alchemy practices undertaken to gather wisdoms and insights for your specific session.

1 x 90 minute private in person session Renée at her space in Blackwood, Wombat Forest Regional Victoria, 90 minutes from Melbourne booked via the online bookings page.
